    Atmokinesis is the psychical influence of meteorological phenomena including the states of the atmosphere as measured on temperature, humidity, clarity, and activity scales. Experient influenced meteorological phenomena [weather events] are limited to current or predicted events occurring in the troposphere, which is the lowest portion of Earth’s atmosphere, and contains approximately 75% of the atmosphere’s mass. Experient influence includes day-to-day [24 hours], hour-by-hour [60 minutes] or minute-by-minute [60 seconds] temperature and precipitation modification as opposed to long-term climate-based influence. Influence can include cloud formation and precipitation such as rainfall and snowfall via induce water condensation.
